2. Accounts & Registration
- Parents are responsible for information provided on behalf of minors.
- Tutors must provide accurate qualifications and documents.
- TutoLink may suspend accounts containing false information.
3. Tutoring Services
TutoLink acts as an educational platform connecting students, parents, and tutors.
Tutor assignments are managed by TutoLink administrators.
4. Communication Policy
Parents and tutors cannot directly communicate outside the TutoLink platform without approval from TutoLink administrators.
5. Payments
- Payments are managed according to TutoLink's payment policies.
- Fees must be paid within the due dates specified.
- Late payments may affect tutoring services.
6. Backup Tutor Policy
If an assigned tutor is unavailable, TutoLink may provide a backup tutor to ensure uninterrupted learning.
7. Attendance & Performance
Attendance, test scores, and learning progress displayed in the platform are intended for educational purposes and may be updated periodically.
8. Cancellation Policy
TutoLink reserves the right to cancel tutoring services in cases of misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.
9. Termination
TutoLink may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TutoLink is not responsible for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
